Pilates & Horses Pop-Up Experience

Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience where movement, mindfulness, and the calming presence of horses come together in the beautiful setting of Nirvana Equestrian.
In partnership with BARRE3, BARRE3 at the Barn blends yoga-inspired movement, Pilates-based strength and balance work, breathwork, and nervous system reset practices — all surrounded by nature, open air, and horses.
Designed for all experience levels, this experience is about more than fitness. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the grounding effect horses naturally have on the human nervous system. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully guided movement session followed by time to connect with the horses, relax on the farm, and enjoy a restorative summer morning together.
